To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We offer a free tier that includes job tracking, resume and profile import, basic job scan analysis, profile analyzer with limited sections visible, PDF export with watermark, a limited number of tailored resumes and cover letters (as specified in the Service), basic CV templates, and email support. Access to certain premium features may be restricted or presented in a limited form (e.g., blurred sections) on the free tier.
Our Premium subscription provides full access to all features, including complete job scan and profile analysis, PDF export without watermark, unlimited tailored resumes and cover letters, all CV templates, and priority support. Premium is available in three billing options: Weekly at $4.99 USD per week, Monthly at $14.99 USD per month, or every 3 months at $34.99 USD per 3-month period. Prices are in United States dollars unless otherwise stated and may vary by region.
Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your chosen plan (weekly, monthly, or every 3 months). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees through our payment processor.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or our billing portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods (e.g., partial weeks or months).
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your career development and job search activities.

You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or submit to the Service, including but not limited to your resume information, job applications, and personal data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Content generated by our AI systems based on your input becomes part of your content. You retain ownership of such AI-generated content, and we do not claim any rights to it.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Our Service uses artificial intelligence to provide resume building, tailoring, and optimization features. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always be perfect or suitable for your specific needs.

Access to certain AI-powered and other features may vary by subscription tier. Free tier usage may be subject to quantity limits (e.g., on tailored resumes or cover letters) as described in the Service. Premium subscribers receive full access to these features subject to these Terms and acceptable use.
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joobee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Joobee and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
